We have our own embroidery, printery and manufacturing factory, which allows us to monitor every manufacturing process to ensure every piece is maintained at its highest quality. We do care about the quality and safety of our product, and each piece is subjected to strict quality control measures to ensure only the best is delivered to the clients. For quality assurance, every piece has to go through 6 testing procedures during the manufacturing process: |
- Textile and accessories – check for defective materials
- Printed pieces – check if the pattern is misprinted
- Embroidery – check if the embroider is misplaced
- Semi-finished product – check for any defective piece before sewing it together
- Safety test – check for any needle breakage
- Last production procedure – check the finishing goods to ensure it is ready for packaging
