- Fill out order form for quotation
- If you accept the price and set-up charge, we will issue the invoice to arrange the set-up charge. For OBM, you can send us the artwork or we can provide designs to produce under your brand name. Once we have received your payment and confirmation of artwork, we will start sampling. We will send out the sample under our FedEx account and the freight charge will be collected before the sample is sent. Please note that the sampling charge of the product will be refunded when you place an order for the product up to a certain amount.
- After the sample is approved, we will issue the invoice to arrange the payment for the bulk production.
- 30% of the total amount would be counted as the deposit of the order. Once received your payment, we will start the production. Shipping date will be notified by email. You can advice the way of shipment so can arrange it efficiently.

- Can I change the design of the product?
You can change the design of the product; you can pick the color and materials, etc. we are happy to assist you.
- Do you provide sample of product before production?
Yes, we will send you samples of the product for approval before mass production.

- Is there any charge for making the sample?
Yes, there is a set up charge for sampling of product. But the sampling charge of the product will be refunded when you place an order for the product up to a certain amount.
- Who is paying the postage of mailing the product sample?
We will start sampling after we have received the sample charge and freight charge.

- T/T Payment in advance (please note that we do not bear your side bank charge of T/T. Please include this kind of charge when making transfer). If the payment amount is under US$50 and you would like to pay it by T/T, please add bank charge of US$30 to the total issue amount.
- If you would like to pay the payment by bank draft or cheque issued by banks outside Hong Kong, please add handling charges of US$30 to the total issued amount.
